I’ve wandered into several of these intriguing mash-ups recently, and it’s mostly love…There’s Birmingham’s Medicine with it’s unmissable benedicts.
Do grab a coffee from Medicine Bakery. This place will make even the coldest of souls weak at the knees.
A sweet pitstop above the commotion of New Street. Walking up the steps of this former Victorian home of the Royal Society of Birmingham Artists, visitors are welcomed by a Bake Off-style array of cakes, pastries and cronuts – the caramel-macchiato, honeycomb and apple-crumble cronut is as divine as it is filling. The ample space also houses rotating art and photography exhibitions. Masquerading as an art aficionado while powering through a bacon-sausage-and-mushroom breakfast sandwich is very much Birmingham in 2020.
If you are looking for a more intimate space to celebrate a special occasion or entertain your clients over brunch or dinner, why not book our private dining room at Medicine Mailbox which seats 16 people.
