The Medicine Bakery, Wolverhampton is open Monday – Sunday, 8am – 4pm.

Welcome to our artisan bakery production site and HQ in Wolverhampton, at the historic Chubb Building, off Fryer Street.

When you visit this site, you’ll get to see our bakers in action, crafting fresh pastries and breads right before your eyes. It’s an experience that captures the true essence behind all Medicine locations.

Discover our unique counter of artisan breads, pastries, savouries, and cakes. Our baked goods are handcrafted by our talented team, using the best quality, locally sourced produce. 

Take a seat in the building’s iconic courtyard! Our brunch menus are available on weekends, or enjoy hot and cold bakery items from Monday – Friday!

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Our bakery site is open year-round. However, due to being located inside an open plan building, it can be chilly during the Winter months – even with our overhead heaters. If you prefer to dine-in, we recommend visiting our nearby sites – Codsall Café or The Crown.

A sweet pitstop above the commotion of New Street. Walking up the steps of this former Victorian home of the Royal Society of Birmingham Artists, visitors are welcomed by a Bake Off-style array of cakes, pastries and cronuts – the caramel-macchiato, honeycomb and apple-crumble cronut is as divine as it is filling.
