We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join our Mailbox restaurant. To apply for this position you should be a culinary expert with GREAT interpersonal skills. At least two years Head Chef experience and relevant certificates are required. References from previous employers will also be needed.

• Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Managing the inventory and ordering stock as needed

As we open our gastro pub in Codsall we are looking for an incredible management team. We are recruiting a General Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisors.

To apply for these positions you should be a hospitality professional with GREAT customer service. At least one years management experience and relevant certificates are required. References from previous employers will also be needed.
