Assistant General Manager - The Crown, Codsall

The successful candidate will be a born leader with previous managerial or supervisory experience.

You’re an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high morale and productivity across the entire team.

The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have the skills and expertise required to:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.

  • Be an impeccable team leader and foster a positive and supportive work environment, promote teamwork, and empower team members to excel in their roles.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria, and be confident to complete the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of artisanal bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch, following traditional recipes and lamination techniques.

Bartender - The Crown, Codsall

At Medicine Bakery and The Crown Joules, we believe that great food and great service go hand-in-hand. That’s why we’re looking for front of house staff that are passionate about providing our guests with an exceptional experience.

You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and creating beautiful coffees and drinks at our gastro pub, The Crown! Your role will be ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience, whilst maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

In addition to your experience and skills, we are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude. You should be able to work well under pressure, and be highly organised.
